DESIGNATION : Associate, Business Information Systems (Contract)

RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent is responsible for Front End Technology related projects and he/ she is expected to:

• Perform User Acceptance Testing for projects relating to front end technologies.
• Formulation of user guides and participate in the brainstorming/re-design of existing work processes for better efficiency in the front-line.
• Assist and provide onsite and remote support to stores during implementation of new enhancements.
• Assist in the coordination with stakeholders on deployment of new front end technologies.
• Data entry & Printing of documents
• Preparation and Sorting of documents
• Filing and Scanning
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Business or Business Info System
• Candidates with work related experience in Info systems and User Acceptance Testing is a bonus
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Team player with ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders, vendors etc.
• Able to work under pressure with high adaptability and initiative within a dynamic environment
• Comfortable and open to learning new technology
