Job Description
:
The incumbent is primarily responsible for end-to-end UAT and operational support of production issues in business info systems used by stores.
He/ she is expected to be a part of a dynamic team responsible for the streamlining of existing processes as well as the formulation and deployment of new technology projects driven by the unit. Candidate is also required to travel between outlets for deployment of the various projects and interact with people from all levels.
Qualifications:
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Business and Marketing or Business Info Systems
- Previous working experience in the retail industry preferred but not compulsory
- Experience in conducting UAT independently will be a plus point
- Outgoing and willingness to acquire new skills
- Ability to communicate with others effectively
- Comfortable with new technology and backend systems
- Able to multi-task and manage tight timelines
- Good decision making skills and respond to high-pressure situations
- Keen eye for details
