The successful candidate will be part of Crew Performance & Talent Management (CPTM) Department of the Cabin Crew Division, providing support to the Discipline and Talent Management units\xe2\x80\x99 Executives on cabin crew discipline and talent management matters. Key Responsibilities
Assist with Disciplinary investigations
Together with the Welfare team, oversee crew grounded by the Discipline & Talent Management units
Support administration of various schemes such as the Milestone Flight Request (MFR), Waiver of Exclusive Service (WES), Continuing Education Scheme (CES) and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) for cabin crew, etc
General administrative duties such as upload of documents in Sharepoint, digital filing of information, etc
Prepare and publish communication material and monthly reports
Office Administration such as invoice payment requests, verifying of payments and claims
Requirements
Diploma in any discipline
Experience in administrative role and with good digital literacy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Able to multitask, work independently and as a team
Well versed with Microsoft office software
Experience in HR management and processes will be an advantage
Knowledge in data analytics, dashboards will be an advantage
