About the Role

We are hiring for an

Associate, Capital Markets Financing Middle Office

to join a leading global investment firm's Real Estate team on a

1-year contract

. This role is crucial in driving operational excellence and supporting financing and hedging activities within the Real Estate business.

Key Responsibilities

Support process improvements and drive operational efficiency for Real Estate financing and hedging activities. Collaborate with stakeholders to co-create and implement a new platform to support a growing loan book and complex financing strategies. Design workflows for automation and digitization of financing approval processes. Act as a liaison between business users and technology developers to ensure clear communication of requirements and solutions. Partner with the data analytics team to develop dashboards for covenant monitoring and analytics against internal guidelines. Manage data preparation and migration processes for platform onboarding. Maintain project documentation, track issues, and escalate risks when necessary.

Key Requirements

Minimum

2 years of experience

in financial services, real estate, or capital markets middle office, with exposure to process design, data management, or workflow implementation. Strong proficiency in

Microsoft Excel and SQL

. Skilled in

data visualization and dashboarding tools

such as

Power BI, Tableau, or Python

. Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and bridge communication between business and tech teams. Strong analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and capable of managing timelines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with real estate or capital markets products is a plus. Resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
