Work you\'ll do

Deloitte\'s Financial Advisory business offers strategic and financial advisory services that include Corporate Finance, Deals and Strategy (D&S), Turnaround & Restructuring Services and Forensic.

Our Corporate Finance team is a Southeast Asia integrated team of high calibre lead M&A advisers providing transaction-focused strategic advice to private clients, corporations, private equity funds and public market companies across the mid-market space. We advise our clients on a wide range of corporate transactions including acquisitions, investments, recapitalisations, IPOs and capital raisings.

We are seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic team and be involved in:

• Lead advisory M&A including buy-side, sell-side and capital raising.
• Global inbound and outbound transactions with international and national blue chip clients, emerging companies and private equity firms.
• The support of key transaction activities including market research, development of marketing materials and other deal documents, valuation and financial analysis.

Requirements

Successful candidates will have:

• A University Degree in Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or Economics.
• An understanding of or the ability to quickly develop business fundamentals: strategies, operating models, functions, macroeconomics.
• An understanding of or the ability to quickly develop financial acumen: financial statements, analysis, model development.
• Strong interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams.
• Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• A relevant post-graduate qualification (for example CPA, CA, CFA or MBA), completed or in progress, will be highly regarded.
