About the Role

We\'re looking for an established ACD-Art based to work across our regional and global portfolio of clients, that includes automotive and FMCG brands.

This is the year of the rabbit. We are looking for an ACD who loves to observe, be active, gentle, hungry, jump higher, move quickly, listen attentively with both ears, and hop away from mediocrity and cynicism. Be fertile and have hundreds of ideas overnight, over day, over life, jumping from one media to another.

You move quickly at the pace of culture and ride towards opportunities that others haven\'t spotted.

You will report directly and work beside the Group Creative Director. You will be exposed to creative opportunities on local, regional and sometimes global levels.

You must have:
  • 7+ years of experience in global/regional agencies
  • Impressive portfolio with work that;
  • demonstrates how to solve people/client problems
  • ideas that impact culture and people\'s life
  • Understanding of production processes across all media channels, high crafting skills, from static to videos
  • Global Awards in portfolio
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Great communicator and collaborator, both written and verbal (including presentations).

  • Passion, passion and passion. For creativity, emerging tech knowledge, and sharing it with the rest of the agency.
  • Collaborative mindset for colleagues and stakeholders with strong teamwork skills when working with collaborators/partners.
  • Proficiency in mainstream design software.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide innovative impact for clients through a disruptive, dynamic, and holistic approach.
  • Work in team with senior writer, beside the GCD
  • Find ideas, nurture them and bring them to life.
  • Guide junior teams.
  • Collaborate with your peers to achieve one goal: to do the best work of your career.
  • Working with an integrated team across agency practices; strategy & planning, media and client management.
  • Developing creative concepts for live briefs in an autonomous way, taking responsibility for your own ideas and the end-to-end delivery of your campaigns
  • Be proactive
  • Presenting your ideas in internal and client meetings and managing creative feedback, constructively challenging colleagues and clients alike to make the best work we can
  • Honing your craft and getting into the detail of the execution to ensure the best quality of output for the agency
  • Developing creative concepts for new business pitches and being an active contributor to new business process
  • Listening, learning and ultimately understanding the bigger picture
  • Produce design drafts for teams and Clients based on different communication channels.
  • Act as the main force of visual execution and be responsible for quality control.
  • As a \xe2\x80\x9csenior art\xe2\x80\x9d, help designers become familiar with the qualities of commercial art and enhance their creative thinking and abilities.
  • Responsible for creative and effectiveness and new/existing business growth.
Key Skills:
  • A good understanding of digital formats and social platforms including e-commerce
  • Agility to work across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in guiding creative teams
  • An expert in Adobe Creative Suite with Photography and Illustration
  • Excellent knowledge of graphic design skills (layout, typography, color)
  • Extensive knowledge of the best ideas in the industry, from the region and global
