Role Overview
Responsible for managing credit documentation on IWM business.
Providing guidance and support to IWM business

Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating the traffics of related documentation between Clients, IWM Business, Risk and Operations.
  • Have a good understanding about the processing flow of credit documentation especially for Real
Estate financing.
  • Able to perform to develop or update the Operations procedures and guideline align with BAU process.
  • Experienced in working with Business on establishing the procedures and policies for new credit
facility whenever applicable.
  • Performing the necessary maintenance of all the client static especially for the data relating to the
credit facility.
  • Able to run UAT testing independently as per the required scopes of changes or new products or
projects in the pipeline whenever applicable.
  • Work closely with IWM Business if there is any new products launches.
  • Able to drive the changes to streamline the process with internal stakeholders and within Operation
teams.
  • Experienced in liaising with various stakeholders internally or externally (including external vendors,
auditors and internal stakeholders).
  • The candidate with relevant experiences in Wealth Business or with checker and Team lead
experience which is preferable.

Job Requirements:
  • Diploma /Degree in Banking/Business/Economics/Finance
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in credit risk/analysis in an investment/ private bank.
  • Experience in Real Estate financing and related credit facility offered by Wealth Business.
  • Must be proficient technically and analytically.
  • Credit analysis skills and familiarity with financial products.
  • Knowledge of general banking industry practices or relevant experience in PB Credit Documentation
process is preferable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills as the role involve managing different counter-parties.
  • Familiarity with Avaloq system will be an added advantage.
