Job Description
A reputable international PERE is looking for an Acquisition Associate Director, based in Singapore or Hong Kong, working on APAC market.
The ideal candidate requires min 8 -12 years of relevant working experience in the real estate investment field in the region, especially with acquisition track records in Australia and SEA, open to all asset classes. Bachelor degree or above in real estate, finance, engineering or other related majors. Excellency in communication and financial modelling, presentation etc. Can deliver under pressure.
