MUST BE a registered Architect with Board of Architects.

Associate (6 years and above) / Associate Director (10 years exp and above)/ Director

2 different clients. Openings x 2.

Role & Responsibilities:

Project management and coordination Take a lead role in feasibility studies, design, design development, tender documentation and contract administration To liaise and coordinate with external consultants and the client team Training and supervision of junior staff To maintain high standards

Requirements:

A registered architect with Board of Architect

Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience Be familiar and current with regulations and codes governing construction and architectural practice; Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals to the client; Represent the firm in advising clients on matters relating to contracts, design and authority compliance; Supervision and management of applications for planning and building control departments; Specifying the nature and quality of materials required; Preparing tender documents for contracts; Administration of contracts; Project management and coordination; Making site visits to monitor progress and workmanship; Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction; * Meet project schedules and maintain high standards
