The Role Responsibilities

  • Support Singapore Private Banking Business team, SG Booking Centre Head, as well as Servicing & Transaction Head to deliver strategic projects that will help drive efficiency of the team and improve the client experience of Private Banking clients
  • Work with various Business and Control stakeholders to define the steps required to execute the wider CPBB strategy
  • Provide on-the-ground support to resolve issues to key Order Management Systems &/or other business initiatives in a timely fashion to minimize business disruption
  • Act as the SG Private Bank Lead for cross functional projects, ensuring two way sharing of risks, areas of concern and opportunities.
  • Continuously improve business management efficiency by reviewing, simplifying and standardizing operational processes and procedures.
  • Identify and implement best practices in resources and processes, ensuring consistency and relevance to the business.
  • Provide Training and Communications for strategic initiatives to business teams and ensure full oversight for implementation and post implementation review
  • Be part of Client Journeys/Tribes and participate in the large-scale projects

Our Ideal Candidate
  • 5+ years of similar working experience in bank, with prior experience with Private Banking and Wealth Business
  • Experience in delivering strategic projects that will help drive efficiency of the team and improve the client experience of Private Banking clients
  • End to end understanding of Private Banking and Wealth products and processes
  • Degree holder or equivalent
  • Business Planning Management Experience
  • Problem Solving and Analytical Skills, including usage of project management tools
  • Interpersonal and Stakeholder management skills
Role Specific Technical Competencies
  • Change Management
  • Agile Scrum, project lifecycle and benefits management
