We are seeking a talented professional to join us to develop and deliver data insights and scenario analysis using technical, real estate and business expertise. The successful candidate will join the Portfolio Insights team, responsible for managing and optimizing a JLL Client\xe2\x80\x99s strategic real estate plans.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver actionable insights and recommendations with the appropriate analytics methodologies and techniques to help Client make informed portfolio decisions
• Contribute as a key member of a client-facing team to support real estate options analysis, collating data insights and assumptions across various stakeholder groups and using real estate expertise to ensure scenarios are realistic and actionable
• Generate queries, dashboards, and reports using complex datasets from a wide range of sources to support scenario analysis and financial modeling/ analysis, with minimal supervision
• Collaborate cross-functionally on advanced analytics projects (predictive / prescriptive) that solve various business problems at scale
• Take ownership of projects end-to-end, from initial requirements and data gathering through options analysis and final recommendations
• Implement best practices for knowledge transfer and documentation to achieve internal consistency and long-term scalability
• Identify and create action plans to resolve data/insights-related issues and drive quality improvement, especially related to how data is presented to the client to drive insights and facilitate decisions.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills, client-facing experience, and an abundance of intellectual curiosity
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree required, along with experience in management consulting, corporate real estate, workplace strategy, facilities management, project management or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in one of the fields noted above
• Experience in data analysis and data visualization
• Experience working with large data sets
• Expertise with spreadsheet-based tools like Google Sheets or Excel
• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver under pressure
• Strong communication skills and can clearly communicate business concepts and data findings to all levels of the organization
• Excellent attention to detail, exhibiting the highest standards of professional integrity and work ethic
• Ability to work up to 3 days pw from client office

Preferred Qualifications:

• Corporate Real Estate knowledge
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (e.g., BigQuery, Cloud Storage, App Engine)
• Track record of making business impact by mining and extracting value from large and disconnected datasets
