Sizable and established hospitality, tourism and entertainment group. With upcoming expansion of business and increasing footprint in Singapore, the company is looking to grow its technology capabilities.Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) programs.
- Develop, implement, and maintain DR strategies and plans.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and business impact analyses.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure DR readiness and compliance.
- Oversee DR testing and drills to ensure effectiveness and preparedness.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on DR protocols and procedures.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Business Continuity, or related field.
- Proven ability to develop and implement DR strategies.
- Extensive experience in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and operations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement DR strategies.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
