As part of the ASA eCommerce Sales team, this role is responsible to help execute an eCommerce strategy to drive revenue growth for the bank via the distribution of FM products over electronic channels (including SDP, ECN, API, Flowbanker, TBFX, and SCALE). This includes a strategy to expand and deepen relationships with Institutional and Corporate clients and to lead digitization efforts to increase our E footprint across our key markets. Products covered include FX, Commodities, Credit and Rates.
Business
Key contributor to the overall regional eCommerce ASA strategy which spans across all markets in ASEAN and South Asia.
Supports the cross selling of FM products in ASA, an important strategic initiative for future FM growth.
Drive the adoption of our Single Dealer Platform across all countries and client segments.
Partners closely with key stakeholders and ASA Corporate Execution Services team to digitize low-touch accounts and achieve simplification and automation of the way we deal with clients.
As regarding the bank, understanding our unique DNA and market position to properly sell our abilities and appetite to our clients.
Achieving goals assigned in P3 document for Revenue and Volume across products, client segments and regions.
Processes
Proactive engagement with clients and timely delivery of relevant market intelligence. Always respond to requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Generate new business from existing clients and source new clients based on relationships and from the use of market data (such as Greenwich, Expand, Coalition and Euromoney).
Analyse client flows and work with traders to optimize pricing and liquidity to achieve maximum monetization.
Partner with product teams to channel client feedback and champion new features to facilitate product expansion and E solutioning to meet client needs.
Provide the most appropriate digital solution to suit a client\'s requirements in relevant markets.
Continued provision of best in class service to help build the financial markets relationship.
Take ownership of all aspects of service delivery to the client within financial markets, including support functions such as operations.

3+ years of experience in FM & FX - Ecommerce and Digital Channels (SDP, ECNs and APIs)
