The Company:

Our client, top tier international broker, is seeking an Associate Director, Global Accounts. You will be responsible for managing the negotiation and placement of downstream energy and power accounts for Asia.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the negotiation and placement of insurance/reinsurance policies for downstream energy and power accounts.
  • Analyze clients\' risk exposures and insurance requirements to develop comprehensive placement strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with underwriters, negotiating favorable terms, conditions, and pricing.
  • Manage the placement process, ensuring accurate documentation, timely issuance of policies, and compliance with guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree or diploma
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the general insurance industry, with a focus on energy / power
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting principles, and risk management practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
