RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for managing and developing relationships with high-profile clients to drive business growth and meet the bank's strategic objectives. You'll provide exceptional customer service with the provision of financial solutions while managing operational risk and regulatory requirements.
Regulatory & Business Conduct

• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
• Requires RNF to function role.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Certifications CMFAS M1, M5, M6, M8
• Banking knowledge with 5+ years of sales or financial experience

• Demonstrate good knowledge of financial industry

• Shows commercial acumen and has a good understanding of business. Purses self-development and progression obstacle

• Account Management (of HNW Individuals) Experience
• Experience in managing Malaysia and SEA markets
• Good understanding and command of Bahasa Melayu and mandarin as the incumbent will be supporting Malaysia and SEA markets
• Technical knowledge and expertise in consumer banking products (i.e. Treasury, Equities, Funds, Insurance, etc.)
