Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for in-house legal matters including drafting agreements, addressing compliance issues, and participating in negotiation discussions. In order to succeed, this candidate should feel comfortable working with in-house and outside counsels on a variety of legal matters.

Responsibilities

Provide legal support to the various internal departments Help to design fund structures that meet both investor expectations and legal requirements. Work with other in-house counsels and outside counsels, as required Draft, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents including limited partnership agreement, investment management agreement, shareholder agreement, and sale and purchase agreement Taking preemptive measures to avoid legal risks and conflicts

Qualifications

Bachelor's in law with at least 10 years PQE in law firm or fund management industry. Experience working in licensed fund management companies is preferred
