As the

Associate Director of ImpactCollab Partnerships

, you'll be instrumental in shaping and growing the partnership ecosystem for ImpactCollab.


Your core responsibilities include:


Strategy Formulation


Design an Asia-wide partnership strategy to catalyse ImpactCollab's growth and engagement Engage with AVPN verticals to strategically align with the ImpactCollab roadmap, including but not limited to: + Supporting the expansion of the Outcomes Marketplace to markets beyond Thailand and Singapore, by identifying outcome categories aligned with local priorities, engaging social investors, and building a pipeline of outcome-driven projects.
+ Identifying new AVPN product offerings that leverage ImpactCollab features, which in turn present revenue or fundraising opportunities for AVPN
Develop and manage a strategic engagement plan for the Governance Maturity Framework (GMF) Council; to lay out the initial framework for the GMF Council Terms of Reference, principles of decision-making, and ensuring active engagement from GMF Council members.
Partnership Initiation


Lead initial conceptualisation of emerging ImpactCollab features with partners, and subsequently transitioning these efforts to other ImpactCollab teams for design and pilot implementation As ImpactCollab originates in Singapore, to work closely with key partners in Singapore to explore opportunities and formalise collaborations for deeper strategic alignment Proactively identify risks and challenges in the partnership or program implementation journey, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies in collaboration with relevant teams

Requirement

The ideal candidate for this role should have 12+ years of progressive experience in leading and managing complex social impact programs. A strong background in strategic oversight, fundraising, and stakeholder management is essential.
