You are an experienced and dynamic sales specialist who believes that the sky is the limit. You hold established relationships close to your heart and is always striving to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. As an Associate Director of Sales - MICE & Events, you lead by example to maximise MICE & Events sales and achieve pre-determined targets, working closely with Rooms, Food & Beverage and other revenue-generating departments. Together with the rest of the MICE & Events team, be responsible for meeting the overall MICE and Events Sales Departments\xe2\x80\x99 revenue and expense targets.

Qualifications:

Your Profile

• Minimum 5 years of recent work experience in MICE & Events sales within the hotel industry
• Computer literacy in MS Office and Outlook is a must. Prior knowledge of any CRM system, e.g. Opera, Delphi, will be an asset
• Flair for in-person or virtual presentations; passion for customer satisfaction and creative problem-solving attitude
• Results-focused and balanced with leadership traits to nurture and develop a team
• A relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management will be ideal
