The Opportunity

The Enterprise program at Teva is a significant transformation initiative that involves implementing consistent, industry-standard business processes supported by integrated systems (SAP-based enterprise solutions) across Teva sites worldwide.

As part of the Enterprise program, we are seeking a Singapore based Associate Director, Project Management Office (PMO) to be responsible for the Teva's SAP-based Enterprise solution across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.

Reporting to the APAC Cluster Head, based in Australia, the APAC PMO will oversee and coordinate all business activities within the project plan, within the APAC and Greater China clusters and their functional business area in the markets.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract that will start in January 2023.

How You'll Spend your Day

As the APAC PMO, you will be fully aligned with the existing Global Template and its solutions and will drive towards maximum alignment of the local implementation to the Global Template. You will lead the APAC and Greater China clusters by working closely with each country's business teams in the delivery of all business activities during project execution, and in close collaboration with their functional global business owners.

The APAC PMO will also:
  • Lead the Cluster Business Owners and work with them to ensure all track activities successfully meet deployment deliverables and milestones
  • Ensure planning across different phases of current wave and the transition to future waves
  • Ensure co-ordination across Clusters Tracks and operational alignment to the Regional PMO
  • Provide a focal point for stakeholder management for APAC Commercial Leadership and local market teams
Other responsibilities include:
  • Lead the functional business processes implementation and go-live readiness of all parallel implementations in all work steams, ensuring stabilization of business processes during go-live and Hypercare across markets.
  • Represent the APAC Cluster Team in planning activities as delegated by the Regional Business Lead - Enterprise EU / IM Commercial, and align all necessary project activities.
  • Report to Regional project management / Global project management on implementation progress and deliverables for the APAC SAP, and escalate resource or business process issues in markets as appropriate.
  • Manage workshops according to the project plan, to evaluate adherence to the global template/processes, identify local legal requirements, local change impacts and execute necessary local business process adaptations.
  • Manage implementation tasks according to project plan and monitor progress including Trial Data Loads, Business Process Reviews, User Acceptance Testing, and Day in a Life process confirmation and Cut Over planning cross-functionally in the clusters.
  • Work with the Global / Regional/ Cluster Change Management team with focus on business process adaptations and organizational changes.
  • Ensure appropriate Business Reporting capabilities for Clusters implementations.
  • (Travel requirements) Minimal Regional travel depending on project execution phase.
Your Experience and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Experienced with ERP (SAP) project execution in a pharmaceutical environment
  • Strong business acumen with a thorough understanding of relevant market business processes in the relevant business areas
  • Business transformation experience coupled with exceptional project management skills
  • Strong influential leadership capabilities
  • Good networking, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration & teamwork in a cross functional team
