We\'re looking for Revenue Marketing Associate Director, APAC, for Health division of Wolters Kluwer. The Revenue Marketing Associate Director will serve as a key member of the APAC leadership team to support development of the GTM strategy, align pipeline goals and activities with sales leaders, ensure the delivery of regional marketing strategies and plans to meet goals, and manage regional marketing managers in 13 key markets across APAC. This position will interface with regional functions \xe2\x80\x93 sales, product, customer success \xe2\x80\x93 as well as central marketing functions, including digital, audience and content.

This is a Permanent Full-Time position, based in Shenton Way, Singapore (hybrid flexible work arrangment, 3 days/week working from home).

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Revenue Marketing Associate Director, APAC supports Health - Clinical Effectiveness international growth , driving focused marketing efforts in key target markets with highest growth opportunities and revenue contribution.
  • Develop and manage the quarterly and annual planning across the APAC region.
  • Work with VP of APAC and country managers to monitor pipeline and implement actions to ensure future pipeline is sufficient to achieve sales target, including net new opportunity pipeline creation, pipeline acceleration and pipeline gap initiatives.
  • Develop a high impact, results focused marketing team that thinks strategically and executes effective and efficient awareness, lead generation, digital strategies, PR and thought leadership programs.
  • Lead team in successful implementation of global audience programmes and ABM strategies and activities across APAC markets.
  • Implement marketing reporting systems that deliver timely and accurate status updates and provide actional information that drives regional marketing decision making.
  • Facilitate collaboration between the regional marketing managers to share learning, knowledge and best practice. Work with Director of International Revenue Marketing to adopt international standards and best practices.
  • Support customer retention initiatives in high touch accounts and leverage new business marketing programmes to help meet regional retention goals.
  • Work with APAC VP and channel partner teams to onboard, enable and support partners to achieve business growth and deliver on regional objectives related to market development, awareness, education and pipeline creation.
  • Work with Wolters Kluwer GGM growth market leaders to support development of India market.
  • Ensure marketing budgets are managed effectively with accurate monthly forecasting and reporting.
  • Support implementation of ROI tool in focus markets where it can drive new sales or retention.

ABOUT YOU
  • 10+ years of broad marketing experience gained in large global companies, with a track record of managing marketing contribution to revenue.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent required
  • Collaborator with a positive and proactive approach who can work effectively as part of a cross functional APAC team and with functional marketing colleagues.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver who is driven to achieve goals and successfully address challenges along the way.
  • Experience of marketing in multiple healthcare markets and appreciation of cultural factors that influence ways of working both internally and externally
  • Direct Team management, coaching or supervisory experience is an advantage.
  • Direct Budget management of marketing budgets in multiple markets.
  • Thorough understanding and track record of implementing successful marketing strategies, tactics, and measurement
  • Adept at cross functional and departmental relationship building in order to gain buy in, achieve marketing objectives and ultimately deliver value for internal stakeholders.
  • Customer facing experience with a solid understanding of challenges, needs and pain points across multiple markets.
  • Thorough understanding of all CE solutions, their value and messaging by persona
  • Track record of employing data driven decision making to optimize marketing program performance
  • Effective communicator and networker with proven skills in influencing at all levels.
  • Trusted marketing leader with the ability to engage and motivate others, and who supports and encourages individual skills development and knowledge building.
  • Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Sound understanding of GDPR regulation and application within Wolters Kluwer Clinical Effectiveness.
