The Associate Director of Revenue Operations (RevOps) will design and lead a unified operational structure that connects sales pipeline management, marketing funnels, and demand generation strategies, ensuring seamless integration with financial reporting. This role is pivotal in aligning go-to-market teams under a single revenue framework, driving efficiency, scalability, and predictable growth.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in digital marketing models, including building self-serve platforms for one of the business units, and demonstrate strong analytical, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
What does the role look like?
Revenue Operations Strategy

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive RevOps framework that aligns sales operations, marketing operations, and finance to deliver predictable revenue growth.
  • Establish unified KPIs across marketing and sales to measure funnel performance and pipeline velocity.
  • Ensure accurate and timely integration of revenue data into financial reporting systems.
Sales Operations
  • Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM optimisation to improve conversion rates and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Drive cadence reviews, territory planning, and quota management in collaboration with sales leadership.
  • Implement dashboards and reporting tools for real-time visibility into sales performance.
Marketing Operations
  • Design and execute demand generation strategies to fuel top-of-funnel growth.
  • Build and optimise a digital self-serve model for one business unit, enabling frictionless customer acquisition and onboarding.
  • Manage marketing automation platforms and ensure alignment with sales processes for lead nurturing and conversion.
Data & Analytics
  • Lead analytics initiatives to provide actionable insights across the revenue lifecycle.
  • Develop predictive models for pipeline health, marketing ROI, and revenue forecasting.
  • Promote a data-driven culture and ensure data integrity across systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as the strategic connector between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
  • Partner with IT and Product teams to integrate technology solutions that support RevOps goals.
  • Drive change management initiatives to embed RevOps best practices across the organisation.
What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling RevOps structures and implementing self-serve digital models.
  • Strong understanding of CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation (Marketo, Pardot), and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to design scalable processes and align cross-functional teams.
  • Data-Native: Expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and visualisation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with modern RevOps tech stack and automation tools.
  • Collaboration: Skilled at breaking silos and fostering alignment between teams.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep knowledge of self-service models and demand generation strategies.
