We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.The Role / Responsibilities: The role will generate new KYC, Compliance, Third Party Risk and data-related deals and support the sales cycle process through the successful closure of deals.The successful candidate will work within the framework of growing the client base, assisting the sales team in new business generation for KYC, Compliance, Third Party Risk and data domain-related business, and providing expert knowledge on MA products.The successful candidate will need to demonstrate proven capability:

• Strong prospecting and new business development experience
• Meet established revenue targets while creating new and enhanced customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction
• Manage full lifecycle sales process which includes identifying and initiating new sales opportunities by prospecting new clients and leveraging off existing client relationships, sales presentations and contract negotiations
• Generate new revenue from research, product and service solutions and defend & growing existing revenue streams
• Represent the company at industry and company-sponsored events, as required
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs
• Demonstrate the superiority and value of our solutions to potential and existing clients
• Partner with the wider sales team to build the sales pipeline and promote Moodyxe2x80x99s Analytics solutions
• Provide guidance and leadership to existing members of the KYC & Data sales team
• Assist senior sales management with sales strategy development and implementation
• Knowledge of Singaporean banks and experience working with clients in the ASEAN financial industry

This role will report to the Head of KYC and Data Sales (Oceania & ASEAN).Qualifications:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree required
• Proven track record of sales production and quota attainment, preferably within the financial services sector
• Knowledge of Singaporean banks and experience working with clients in the ASEAN financial industry
• Strong track record in opening up new markets and winning new logos
• Previous experience in selling KYC solutions (live registry reports, CLM, screening solutions, etc) is preferred
• Proven record in navigating more complex sales cycles rather than transactional sales
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions
• At least 8 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in consultative selling with the ability to influence key decision-makers
• Ability to interact with Senior level stakeholders
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of Fin crime related products
• Travel required within ASEAN (up to 20%)
