DESIGNATION : Associate Director /Senior Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Fresh Supply and Demand Planning

RESPONSIBILITIES
This Role will lead the Forecasting and Replenishment Team and Overall Process/Efforts for Fresh. He/She will lead the team of planners responsible for the end-to-end planning, focussing on establishing the right processes and systems, training and supervising of staff to achieve our goals with regards to availability, cost and shrinkage, etc. He/She will do so in collaboration with various stakeholders, by driving the multifunctional efforts to work on the above stated priorities. The Role will require to drive change management and optimisation in processes, staffing and capabilities and conflict management to resolve possible conflicts of interest, that may arise as part of the integrated planning process/drumbeat.
QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management and/ or other relevant field with industry experience

OTHER INFORMATION

• At least 10-12 years combined experience in financial analysis, forecasting, supply chain and knowledge of Statistical Models and Analytics are required
• Demonstrated experience in B2C retail environment
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills a must
• Deep analytical skills and ability to clearly communicate analysis to broad audience.
• Experience in Advanced Planning System, Analytics tool and Visualization tool is a plus

• Able to lead a team, and work independently
• Strong cross functional collaboration and interpersonal skills required
• Sound Organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Fluent in written and spoken English. Asian languages such as Mandarin are a bonus
