Roles & Responsibilities:





To continue building trusted partnerships with key clients, lead regional and operational Program Management Office teams, and deliver high-value program management services aligned with global standards.


Lead the regional Program Management Office as the primary interface for Real Estate stakeholders, leveraging deep experience with financial institutions and complex live environments. Provide subject-matter expertise across capital programs and real estate transformation, aligning delivery with enterprise standards and strategic objectives Strategically manage and optimize resources across the Program Management Office and broader business to deliver consistent value and operational excellence. Strengthen legacy relationships with clients by offering advisory services grounded in sector knowledge, stakeholder engagement, and transformation leadership. Act as the key integrator between peer regions, central and offshore PMO teams, and client delivery units--ensuring seamless collaboration and governance across capital programs. Facilitate knowledge transfer and best practice sharing across global real estate portfolios, drawing from international experience Operate in a full-time client-facing capacity, leading stakeholder teams, coordinating with regional leadership, and driving alignment between portfolio managers, planners, and delivery teams.
Requirements:


Proven mastery in planning and delivering real estate capital programs, including high-profile refurbishments and operational transformations in live environments. Extensive experience managing large-scale capital works for financial institutions Holds a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering and is an Associate Member of the Association for Project Management; Candidate Member of RICS. Strong background in stakeholder engagement, contract management, and project governance advisory--demonstrated through roles that has project management in a live environment Minimum 15 years of cross-sector experience in buildings and infrastructure across the Region Deep understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and systems, including PMIS advisory and transformation. Recognized for attention to detail, hands-on leadership, and ability to drive collaboration across culturally diverse teams. Proficient in MS Project, MS Office, and experienced in reporting, analytics, and LEED certification processes. * Possess an active and relevant professional certification or license in program /project management / real estate (i.e., PMP, RICS, licensed RE practitioner, etc.)
