Our client is currently hiring an Associate Director for their Technology Finance & Business Operations Team. This role is a 12 months contract.

Our client is currently hiring a contractor to join their Technology Finance & Business Operations team. The contract duration will be 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage the eTPA system, Clearcost and PRF trackers. Maintain and keep up-to-date to ensure all orders are appropriately approved, recorded and spend against the orders are tracked and auditable to meet regulatory and transfer pricing requirements.
• Track ongoing orders rolling forward into subsequent years. Prepare annual rollovers and country packs and commentary.
• Prepare TP/sales information for annual budget and forecasts
• Experience and expertise with Coupa
• Administrator loading sales budget information into Coupa budgets module on an on-going basis,
• Review all POs raised by requestors and confirm budget in place before releasing.
• Download and reconcile with PRF tracker, report and troubleshoot as needed
• Advise on transfer pricing, VAT/GST, intercompany chargebacks
• Advise on internal processes, including use on Concur, Workday and eTPA
• Issuance of billing/recharge instructions, dispute resolution and transfer pricing analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting
• 10+ years\' work experience, with min 3+ years in an IT shared services function charging to multiple countries

Mandatory experience

• Coupa system (in particular budget management module, PO review)
• GL systems
• Strong financial & business analysis (incl experience in budget, forecast, intercompany, transfer-pricing)
• Project rollouts, esp. IT shared services experience
• Outsourcing, process migration, liasing with vendors
