Associate Director, Trade Finance (Debt Products, CIB)

As an Associate Director, Trade Finance, you will work alongside senior specialists to manage financing portfolios, originate new business, and deliver structured trade and supply chain solutions across diverse sectors. You'll collaborate across product, coverage, legal, and analyst teams to drive exceptional client outcomes, from origination through to in-life transactional management.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support portfolio management and business origination
• Manage in-life transactions and client servicing
• Provide specialist input into the preparation of credit submissions and risk assessments
• Negotiate and execute trade finance documentation
• Identify and manage financial and non-financial risks
• Contribute to product innovation, including sustainability, AI, and digital trade

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with complex client financing
• Proven ability to structure working capital solutions
• Trade finance origination in AU/NZ/Asia
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in agile, deadline-driven teams
• Deep industry and regulatory knowledge
