Responsibilities:
- Involved in notable deals and transactional matters
- Provide sound commercial legal advice to client
- Draft and review documentation, demonstrate familiarity with precedents and market standards
- Conducting legal research and analysis and assisting in due diligence activities in relation to the Practice areas
Requirements:
- Admitted to SG bar, preferably with at least second upper class honours
- Possess 1 to 3 years of PQE
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
