You will be responsible to assist the Engineers to improve and sustain equipment performance and Cpk indices to meet operations goalsWhat you will be working on:Perform 12-hour shift duties to support the running of Production in the Module and ensure equipment readiness and worthiness for productionPerform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration on a timely basisAssist Engineers in the installation and hook-up of new equipmentTrouble-shoot equipment-related issues and minimize equipment downtimeAssist in implementing process improvement projectsAssist new Associate Engineers on their On-The-Job-Training (OJT) by acting as their buddyParticipate in QIT programs to improve productivity and output quality of the Module, and constantly monitor and feedback to Engineers to improve performance of equipment to meet Module objectivesMaintain good housekeeping in the production area, ensuring good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the ModuleMore about you:

• Min 2 years of relevant working experience
• Direct experience in CMP Equipment will be advantage
• Willing to work in 12-hours shift
