Responsibilities:

• Manage Singtel stock availability for issuable materials such as Fiber, Copper, Pipes, Equipment/Distribution Racks and their associated accessories through forecasting with Stakeholders and timely issue of purchase orders.
• Manage material Suppliers to ensure timely delivery schedule to Singtel warehouse.
• Work closely with Supply Chain and warehouse teams to resolve issues on payments, goods acceptance, space management and materials issuing.
• Monitor Supplier contracts on contract value, material quality and specifications.
• Coordinate material sourcing and evaluation with new and incumbent Suppliers.
• Oversee Fiber project status once planning scheme is issued, coordinating with internal teams and contractors.
• Coordinate and apply site access for fiber works to be carried out.
• Supervise contractors during fiber works at data centres.
• Project manage progress status of all on-going fiber works until completion and handover.
• Certify completion report from contractors for payment purpose.
• Any other tasks as assigned by Manager.

The Ideal candidate should possess:

• Diploma certificate or equivalent qualifications in Logistics Management or Telecommunications.
• Preferably 1-2 years experience in the area of Inventory Management and Operations or related industry.
• High degree of computer literacy including knowledge of applications such as MS Office suite, knowledge of Excel Macros/formulas would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP/Ariba systems.
