Make an Impact by:

• Achieve the SLA (Service Level Agreement), closely coordinate with INOC/TAC/1608 on the prompt fault clearing and service restoration of access copper cable.
• Troubleshoot the voice circuit fault. If necessary, escalation to tier two technical support.
• Switch work execution in NGN/IPCTX/N2000 are executed in accordance with provided work orders instructions.
• Address inquiries, clarify instructions, and provide updates to stakeholders involved in work order processes.
• On call for standby work. Prepare to work on nights and on holidays and weekends, when necessary, and on very short notice.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Skills for Success:

• Diploma in Engineering.
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Good analytical troubleshooting skills in technical fault isolation.
