Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise operation of Singtel Fiber Testing and Fiber Rectification work for various customer. Oversee contractors in the execution of maintenance works. Ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with established operational procedures and engineering guidelines. Ensure contractors adhere to safety procedures in compliance with the Work Health and Safety Act (WHSA) and use the appropriate safety equipment. Supervise projects as assigned by manager, working with different stakeholders by providing direction and support Will be required to be activated after office hours when necessary to manage escalation and fibre outage Progressively update direct supervisor on daily work assignment and update relevant documentation.
Pre-requisites
:Diploma in Electronics Engineering/Telecommunications or in relevant field. Able to work during non-office hours on an occasional basis and be on 24 x 7 hours standby alert for ad-hoc faults. * Good working knowledge of PC applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
