• Manage deployment of Outdoor projects including 4G & 5G Outdoor new site deployment includes private buildings, Housing Development Board (HDB), lampposts, monopoles and street furniture, outdoor modernization retrofitting/ renovation, and special event deployment projects.
• Plan, execute, and oversee the deployment of telecommunications network infrastructure.
• Collaborate with project management, vendors and contractors, agencies, and building management to ensure successful network installations.
• Maintain documentation and provide reports on deployment progress.
• Provide regular updates on project status to the project manager to stay abreast of resource progress and project status.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network deployment issues on time.
• Digitalization of manual workflows and providing customized analysis reports.
• Other work as assigned by the supervisor.

Skills for Success:

• Possess Diploma in Telecommunications Engineering.
• Applicants should have a strong passion for mobile technologies.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to technology changes and meeting business requirements with tight deadlines.
• Resourcefulness, analytical thinking, and excellent written and verbal communication skills, including good presentation, reporting, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in presenting to building owners, Condominium MCSTs, and government agencies such as HDB and town councils.
