Come join us today as we build Singtel's Networks of tomorrow, and Empower Every Generation to live, work and play in new ways!Make an Impact by:Provide 24x7 support to corporate customersPerform 24x7 shift duties and on standby on a need to basisCustomer fronting to interact & communicate with customers to understand their issues & resolve as per agreed SLAsHandle Escalations from customers and other Singtel teams.Work closely with various Singtel teams on Fault resolution and provide timely updates to customersWork on Complex/technical incidents and follow all the necessary Incident processes as definedWork with the Shift Manager/Operations Manager to review and improve operational processes for ease of operational effectiveness and efficiency.Oversees problem and incident management systems. Participate in change management, incident review, and root cause analysis.To handle incidents timely and meet product SLAsConsolidate Incidents summary at the end of the shift and hand it over to next shiftAny other job assigned by the reporting managerSkills for Success:

• Diploma in Computer Engineering, and related engineering disciplines
• 2 years of relevant working experience
• Good knowledge on telecommunications engineering and the working concepts of the transmission systems
• Experience and knowledge in NMS and transmission equipment will be an added advantage, such as SDH, DWDM, MSAN

Proficiency in Microsoft software such as Office (minimum: Words, Excel and Power Point)Possess interpersonal and communication skills in a multicultural environment.Good at planning and organization.Independent and capable of decision making and problem solving.Highly motivated and able to work independently under pressure.Are you ready to say Hello to BIG Possibilities?
