Techician / Senior Technician (Equipment/ Automation/ Maintenance/ Process/ Manufacturing/Associate Engineer/ Assistance Engineer)

US MNC / Permanent position

Shift work (Mon-Fri only / 5 days work week)

Our client is a global US manufacturer of medical devices.





Responsibilities:


Provides technical support to production in carrying out manufacturing plan to meet objectives Supports in all engineering issues related to respective processes. Is responsible for all maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations on the production floor. Assists in machine and equipment improvements and upgrading programs. Support production team in identifying and carrying out continuous improvement to assembly processes, equipment/machines efficiencies, production capacity and utilization, production yield, process quality control, workplace safety and health,5S and other production related activities. Participate in the Lean initiatives and attend relevant meetings as part of continuous improvement activities.
Requirements:


NTC / ITC / Diploma in Engineering / Manufacturing. 2-5 years similar manufacturing / engineering work experiences. Experience in cGMP manufacturing environment is a plus Knowledge in manufacturing assembly and equipment maintenance Good team player and strong skill in trouble shooting equipment failure and technical issues. Experience in Automation background with programing knowledge will be advantage. Must be able to work Flexible Shift; 7.00am-3.00pm, 7.30am-5.00pm, 3.00pm-11.00pm and 11.00pm-7.00am (Mon-Fri only / 5 days work week)
