• Billing and settlements
• Manage Licensees seeking interconnection and acquiring interconnection related services
• Implement and manage interconnection.
• Provide interconnection related services
• Manage acquiring interconnect services from NetLink Trust

Make an Impact by:

• Handle billing verification and analysis (need to be ok/comfortable and good with numbers) across internal departments and monitor payment status. Additional billing responsibilities on Co-location services, SIP-based interconnection settlement and Pegasus/BCC
• Access, evaluate and execute Licensees requests for interconnection and interconnection related services. Negotiate with the Licensees on the implementation details.
• Prepares reports to regulator
• Work across internal departments to establish workflows and operational procedures in providing interconnection related services and acquiring interconnect services from NetLink Trust.
• Manage interconnect call detail records and documentation for billing and operational procedures
• Process the orders and transactions from/ with other licensees and handle day to day operation work.
• Coordinate with IT, finance, credit and billing departments to work out details and workflow on billing, bill verification and settlement/disputes.
• Support transition from SS7 to SIP-based interconnection, migration of call type and interconnection links, and billing and settlement processes.
• Manage requests for Co-location space
• Manage number level opening with Licensees
• Need to go onsite to work with contractor and vendor in exchanges, manholes and ducts.

Skills for Success:

• Diploma or equivalent qualifications in Telecommunications
• Excellent technical/excel and communication skills
• Experience in telecommunications industry
• 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a corporation or similar company
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to think strategically
• Able to build rapport and collaborative working relationships with senior management, peers, staff & external parties
• Able to work flexibly in a dynamic environment, especially the ability to work in an intensely fast-paced environment
• Ability to work without supervision
• Possess initiative, positive attitude, willing to learn, strong problem-solving skills and ability to think out of the box.
• Possess budget management skills/ cost consciousness
• A team-player
