We are seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to NHG and IMH Senior Management while playing a crucial role in departmental operations. This position will report to the Manager, Corporate Development.
Key Responsibilities
Provide calendar management for the Director and department, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and prioritisation of commitments
Organise high-level meetings and corporate events
Provide administrative support for Board Committee Meetings and CEO engagements
Process and manage departmental procurement and payments, ensuring compliance with financial procedures
Oversee office administration, including maintenance of supplies, and departmental assets
Requirements
Diploma holder or equivalent with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong organisational abilities and time management abilities
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaborative relationships
Working knowledge of ARIBA and ePay systems (preferred)
