Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the day-to-day processing of donations, including but not limited to the receipting of collections, issuance of tax-deductible receipts, updating of the donation details in the System and posting of donation incomes into the SAP system.
• You are required to process vendors\' payment, raise journal vouchers for donations and payments, and perform monthly accruals in the SAP system. You will also prepare IRAS submission files and assist in the preparation of audit schedules and intercompany reconciliations statements for review and approval.

[Requirements]

• Prior working experience/ exposure in receipting / accounting and administration is a MUST
• Knowledge of the SAP system would be an advantage
