  • Manage local knowledge generation projects - from ideation to execution and transfer to support our long-term innovation pipeline with necessary guidance.
  • Responsible for designing and executing research plan to test scientific hypotheses and translating into relevant products to meet consumer wants.
  • Support local product development specialists in their innovation projects where Biotransformation technology is leveraged.
  • Develop and maintain collaboration network with internal stakeholders in Biotransformation and adjacent fields
  • Provide technical assistance to factories and operations for Biotransformation related processes as and when required
  • Scout and manage collaborative works within the area of Biotransformation with key suppliers, academic and strategic industry partners with necessary guidance.
What will make you successful
  • Engaged and skilled scientist/technologist with a Bachelor's or Masters in Food Science, Biotechnology and Biochemistry
  • Experienced and passionate about enzymes/fermentation technology and having a strong technical competency along with hands on experience desired
  • Having 2 - 3 years of industrial experience is an added bonus
  • Work experience in food industry desired
  • Work/study experience within international and multi-disciplinary setup a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative attitude, and experience in working in a dynamic and complex matrix organization
  • Good communication skills (e.g. report writing and presentation)
  • Curious about different aspects of food & beverages
