Job Description
One of the world's largest real estate investment manager with over $100Bn AUM is seeking a Fundraising Associate to join the growing team based in Singapore. This role will be exposed to funds in APAC and Europe, supporting the Vice President in various fundraising initiatives globally.
Responsibilities:
- Support in global capital raising activities, due diligence questionnaires (DDQ), marketing materials, investor presentations, board meeting packs and press releases.
- Prepare fund reporting materials such as global track record and investors related information
- Liaise with internal stakeholders on financial performance of existing portfolio of assets and funds
- Assist in establishing internal processes and streamlining operational procedures to enhance the global fund management platform
- Maintain investor database and portal
Requirements:
- Good academic track record, degree holder
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in Private Equity Real Estate (PERE), Investment Banking or Real Estate Fund Management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders of all levels and interact with colleagues globally
- Strong project management skills
