& Requirements Role: Enterprise Architect " Infrastructure Acts as expert for Enterprise Architecture Team (Enterprise Architecture & Requirements Role: Enterprise Architect ' Infrastructure Acts as expert for Enterprise Architecture Team (Enterprise Architecture & Emerging Technology) in the plan, design, and delivery of IT solutions. Primary Should have Infrastructure Architect experience with knowledge on Physical & Cloud Data Centres, Virtualization, Network, IT Security and other Infrastructure technologies. Conceptualize and facilitate Enterprise Architecture design with requirements and strategy / vision from various stakeholders Participate in Enterprise Architecture Governance and Due Diligence to ensure suitability and alignment to organization policies. Participate and lead in technical evaluation of Partner Technology (potential solutions like SaaS etc.,) Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks. Should have experience of hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V) and network virtualization. Familiar with Operating systems (including AIX, AS400), Middleware, Network, Storage, and other infrastructure technologies. Should have knowledge about IT Infrastructure enterprise tools like Event management, Configuration management, Infrastructure Automation, Patch Management etc., Determine resource requirements of network segments, using network functional analysis. Develop physical network diagrams and logical network design as a preface or adjunct to architecture blueprint. Understanding of Connectivity between DCs (Physical / Cloud & with third party vendors), especially AWS Direct Connect and Azure Express Route Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks. Consult with Infrastructure / Cloud teams to fit entire infra architecture landscape. Understanding of security principles, AWS services and Infrastructure offering (IaaS / PaaS) Knowledge of emerging technologies/platforms in Mobility, Analytics, Cloud and Social with a strong self-initiative to keep up with Digital trends. Determining and implementing build versus buy strategies, mentor personnel, and views of the overall business strategy. Working experience in a financial services industry and/or operating under strict regulatory constraints is an advantage. Drives short & long-term architecture strategy for the overall IT project portfolio for key business segments. Creating business architecture models to reflect the organization's strategies and goals and creating and implementing business visions and goals. Secondary Nice to have knowledge about Azure & Office 365 workplace solutions Advises teams of IT technology standard requirements, methodology and processes. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment and appropriately prioritize tasks, and keep abreast of the latest technology. Participates in proof of concepts to assist in defining technology direction and enabling business strategy. Communicates and validates program architecture with infrastructure team, project management team, and technology services management team. Conducts end-to-end technical plan design. Develops long-term strategy for historical data retention and archival plan for storage needs. Develops enterprise standards to ensure compatibility and integration of multi-vendor platforms. Design and develop infrastructure blueprints for the implementation of new solutions. Responsible for impact analysis and design modifications to existing systems to support new solutions. Develops specifications for interfaces from existing to new systems. Evaluating internal functions, business development strategies, and IT processes and suggesting improvements. Evaluating systems engineering, talent recruiting, and accounting models for discrepancies and vulnerabilities. Suggesting ideas to reduce costs in IT and business leadership. Organizing training to improve employees' knowledge and skills for future organizational growth. Conducting research in talent management to improve the organization's business operations. Providing business architecture and systems processing guidance. Ensuring the efficiency, security, and support of the organization's goals. Creating methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management, and change control.
