Roles & Responsibilities Associate Industrial Engineer / Industrial Engineer – Pandan Road – 5.5 Day Week – Salary Up to $6,000 ( 6 + 6 months contract )
: Individual contributor position with purpose of giving support for fab ramp execution, tool move in and layout planning. Predominately the focus will be on the Core Industrial Engineering functions:

• 7H Ramp Layout Execution - tools move in/out and space reclamation activities
• 7H Ramp Management - Scheduling and Logistic Planning
• 7H Floor Marking and Layout Planning

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute 7H tool move in / move out / space reclamation activities at timely manner to meet required time and ensure smooth execution with zero safety incident.
• Work closely with Control Tower and Mover/Rigger teams on the daily tool move in execution (would be able to work on shift - includes weekend and night shift)
• Plan and conduct site survey assessment on tool location in main fab and sub fab before the tool move in to ensure enough space for maintenance and no blocking for facility hookup line. Check and validate site readiness prior to tool move in.
• Plan and conduct site survey on tool move in path. Make sure that no blockage/roadblock on the move in path during tool move in.
• Coordinate and work with Rigger/Mover and equipment engineer on the tool move in activities -> need to maximize daily tool move in rate - currently targeted at 6 tools move in per day. Identify areas or improvement and drive for necessary enhancement.
• Participate in pre-move-in/out alignment meetings with main stakeholders to assess move-in/out paths, streamline activity schedules and address key concerns
• Would be able to cover the whole process from floor marking, permit approval to site survey to ensure smooth execution.
• Sub fab layout updating using AutoCAD and alignment with Facility and Equipment Teams.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor's in industrial engineering or Manufacturing Science discipline
• Minimum 2 years of Semiconductor manufacturing experience in the field of Industrial Engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software, cleanroom tool layout optimization, and data management will be advantageous
• Proficiency in understanding information systems and data management techniques
• Proven track record in program management and successful project execution.
• High proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Project)
• Proficiency in data management, Visual Basic, Java, C+, SQL etc will be advantageous

Other Essential Attributes:

• Good communication skills and leadership qualities are essential.
• Able to work within a team structure and across organizational boundaries
• Able to communicate effectively with multiple engineering disciplines within Semiconductor Manufacturing
• Strong analytical skills with willingness to coach junior staff.

Working Period: - Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm

• Saturday – 8am to 12pm

Basic Salary: Associate Industrial Engineer - $3,600 to $4,600 per month Industrial Engineer - $4,600 to $6,000 per month
