We are seeking an Associate, Information Security & Technology Risk Management to join a corporate & investment bank. This is a regional role that reports to the Executive Director - Head of Information Security & Technology Risk Management, APAC.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse information security and technology risk laws and regulations in APAC
- Ensure effective information security and technology risk management across the Bank
- Work with the IT Security team to drive initiatives to strengthen the Bank\'s cyber resilience
- Perform security risk assessment for new IT projects and technologies
- Conduct security awareness trainings
- Be involved in global and regional initiatives to ensure technology risk management policies and practices are adhered to
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant discipline
- Cybersecurity certifications will be an advantage
- Experience in information security or technology risk with strong knowledge of security risk assessment methodologies
- Knowledge of regional information security and technology risk regulations
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 and other security compliance standards
- Good understanding of commonly used security tools, concepts and techniques
- Excellent communication with strong project management and presentation skills
