Associate (inventory Management) 6 Months Contract

Job Description
:
You will be responsible in creating the Purchase Orders, RTVs/ allocation to stores. You are required to extract reports that are required for the operational needs from SAP and other miscellaneous duties assigned to support the inventory management team. * Perform basic administrative duties
- Create Purchase Order and RTVs
- Perform allocation given by CMs to stores
- Processing stores\' daily order
- Monitoring daily order drop offs
- Responding to ad hoc issues.
- Good team player
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain or related disciplines
- Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in Inventory Planning and Ordering
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of SAP systems will be an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player and ability to collaborative and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders etc.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Work location at Upper Thomson Road / Sunview Road (From Sep onwards)
- Will be required to work on Saturdays, 1-2 times per month
