We provide financial operations to GICs private equity, infrastructure, and real estate assets, as well as tax structuring, corporate holding structures, valuations, and financial reporting.Investment Services Digital & Data (ISD)ISDs vision is to unlock the value of Private Markets information assets and make it readily available to support decision-making and informed action. We provide best-in-class data stewardship, sourcing, ingestion, analytics, and governance across the private market asset classes in GIC. Partnering with investment, technology, and investment services groups, it leads the transformational sourcing, designing, build and use of the next generation of data management capabilities and infrastructure for GICs Private Market business.We are looking for a suitable candidate to join our Investment Services Data team as an Associate (2-year contract).What will you do as an Associate in ISD?

• Support the implementation of new capabilities in digital and data platforms for private markets
• Participate in developing business user requirements and ensuring they are delivered according to the project plan
• Monitor and communicate project progress, identify and mitigate risks ahead of time
• Perform data migration activities in relation to system implementation
• Develop project-related documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer and training of end users
• Assist in enterprise related data projects as part of the private markets representation

What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?

• Bachelor's degree in finance, information systems or related fields of study
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the financial services industry
• Experience in data management and data platform implementation, with strong hands-on understanding of data governance principles and practices
• Committed and motivated individual who is meticulous and enjoys working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Good project and time management skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge in data, finance and private markets related domains is a bonus
