1st & 2nd level user support for application interface issues across systems
Analyse issues and work with application programmer to identify root cause to prevent future occurrences
Update and maintain records of all systems interfaces on Jira for Team\'s cross references to expedite troubleshooting and resolution time
Assist & support application specialist and stand in for application specialist whenever necessary.
Project management for new business / back-office initiatives.
Independent and self-driven in liaising with vendors and stakeholders on projects.
Self-initiate new projects to constantly upgrade the existing workflows to improve efficiency.
Participate in exchanges, platform vendors BCP and setup of company level BCM.
Liaison with front and back office on critical upstream and downstream processes to ensure that trading platforms are operational.
Perform User test (UAT) of applications
Provide timely response to end users on issue resolution
Any other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
At least 2 years relevant and strong technical experience in Application programming and support
Proficient application development skills in MS .Net C#, MS SQL database, Database Development, FIX protocol /Java / Oracle and XML
Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills, good interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal across different levels of management and users, customer and vendors.
