Job Description

What the role is:
This is an Associate Lecturer position to teach Global Skills/ English Language & Communication in the School of Humanities & Interdisciplinary Studies
What you will be working on:
Planning, developing and teaching any one of the following modules: - English Language & Communication - Current Affairs & Global Studies - Culture & Community - Critical Thinking - Academic Communication o Handle administrative work relating to teaching and managing modules which include crafting and marking assessments.
What we are looking for:

Relevant tertiary qualification and at least 3 years of relevant teaching/industry experience o Ability to help PET and CET learners acquire foundational skills in the English Language, provide broad perspectives and nurture critical and analytical thinking skills o Strong interest in mentoring and developing youth o Project/time management and attention to detail o Proficient in digital tools and technologies
