Job Description

What the role is:
This is an Associate Lecturer position to teach Social Innovation, Design Thinking, Interdisciplinary Projects in the School of Humanities & Interdisciplinary Studies
What you will be working on:
Planning, teaching, project facilitation and supervision of any one of the following modules: - Social Innovation - Design thinking - Multidisciplinary industry-based projects Handle administrative work relating to teaching and managing modules which include crafting and marking assessments.
What we are looking for:

Relevant tertiary qualification and at least 3 years of relevant teaching/industry experience o Strong understanding of social innovation concepts, trends, and practices, with hands-on experience in social enterprise, non-profit management, or social impact consulting preferred o Demonstrated ability to apply innovative pedagogical approaches, adopt multidisciplinary perspectives and use technology to enhance teaching and learning o Strong interest in mentoring and developing youth o Project/time management and attention to detail o Proficient in digital tools and technologies
