Job Description

We are currently recruiting Associate Lecturer(s) on a part-time basis to cater to short-term teaching requirements for the postgraduate programme. Once the recruitment process has concluded, the official appointment will take place three (3) to six (6) months prior to the commencement of classes, or subject to the availability of teaching classes.Interested applicants must have a degree from a recognised university. They should:

• Possess a comprehensive understanding of local and international public health principles and factors that contribute to public health discipline and address the complex factors that influence populations\' health
• Competency in the subjects such as epidemiology, local and international public health and leadership and management
• Passion and commitment to meet up with the students to supervise dissertations.

• Conduct lectures/tutorials in the related discipline
• Set, mark and moderate assignments and/or examinations
• Manage application systems administration
• Develop course curriculum as and when required
• Incorporate current industry trends into teaching

Job Requirements:

• Master\'s Degree and above, in a relevant discipline from a recognised educational institution, with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Pedagogy/teaching certificate holders will be advantageous
• Excellent command of English, with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Team player who is able to work with faculty members and administrative staff
• Keen interest in nurturing students in their learning journey
