Job Description

We are currently recruiting Associate Lecturer(s) on a part-time basis to cater to short-term teaching requirements for the undergraduate programme. Once the recruitment process has concluded, the official appointment will take place three (3) to six (6) months prior to the commencement of classes, or subject to the availability of teaching classes.Interested applicants must possess a degree from a recognised university. They should have:

• Knowledge, skills, and experience in healthcare settings both locally and globally
• Ability to apply key concepts in ethics, law, patient safety and quality in healthcare, and to evaluate the process and implementation of public policies
• Understanding in the foundations of health informatics, politics, economics, culture, and ethics of healthcare challenges and innovations.

• Dissertation: Evaluating effective management in complex healthcare settings
• Health Economics and Policy
• Informatics and Technology in Healthcare Management

• Conduct lectures/tutorials in the related discipline
• Set, mark and moderate assignments and/or examinations
• Manage application systems administration
• Develop course curriculum as and when required
• Incorporate current industry trends into teaching

Job Requirements:

• Master\'s Degree and above, in a relevant discipline from a recognised educational institution, with at least 3 years of relevant industry experience, or Bachelor\'s Degree holders with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience may also apply.
• Pedagogy/teaching certificate holders will be advantageous
• Excellent command of English, with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Team player who is able to work with faculty members and administrative staff
• Keen interest in nurturing students in their learning journey
