Morgan McKinley is working in partnership with a Multinational Corporate Bank who are well known for their Corporate Lending and Financial Markets business in the APAC region.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review facility documentation from an operability perspective, ensuring compliance with bank standards and industry templates (APLMA/LSTA). Collaborate with originating business and legal counsel to resolve issues effectively.
• On-board new deals, manage documentation, and liaise with legal counsel to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Coordinate loan closing and primary syndication, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Manage deal setup and ongoing deal management in LoanIQ with reference to the facility agreement.
• Handle non-operational aspects of deals, such as amendments, waivers, and consents, serving as the main point of contact for issue escalations.
• Proactively manage day-to-day activities, including drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, fee adjustments, and more, while overseeing offshore support teams to ensure high-quality, client-focused, and controlled service delivery.

Key Requirements

• 3-5 years of Loan Agency experience in a comparable role with a comprehensive understanding of the Agent\'s role and the Syndicated Loan Market.
• Proven ability to read and interpret credit agreements.
• Working knowledge of LoanIQ.

• Exposure to Structured Finance, such as Real Estate Finance, Acquisition Finance, or Transportation and Infrastructure Finance.
• Security Agent experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding client service mindset.
• Result-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in an agile setting with challenging deadlines.
• Disciplined with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently and proactively take initiative.
